Shipping and Refund Policy

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. We offer store credit or replacement if items are lost in transit or arrive damaged. 

At Sol Luna Co, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. To start a return, email us at hello@sollunaco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
